Paul began his professional career in 1967 in the finance area of the General American Life Insurance companies in St. Louis.
In 1979, Paul moved to Kansas City as CFO of the Frankona America Companies’ initial management team. As a C-level officer and member of the board, he was directly responsible for the design, construction, and ongoing strategic development of all financial, administrative, and information technology systems and processes.
In 1992, he founded Human Dynamics - an Overland Park, KS consulting company that eventually employed 25 staff members.
Paul sold Human Dynamics in 2008 and served as the Chief Information and Marketing Officer for MutualAid eXchange in Overland Park, KS, until “retiring” on December 31, 2013.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from St. Louis University. He began his professional finance career in 1967 with the General American Life Insurance Company in St. Louis. Paul advanced to Second Vice President of Accounting and Finance, having day-to-day responsibilities for all accounting, purchasing, tax, and corporate services.
In 1979, Paul moved to Kansas City to join the initial management team of Frankona America Companies, the American start-up operation of a German Life and Non-Life reinsurance conglomerate. During the next 13 years, Paul served as the senior financial, administration, and technology officer, the corporate secretary, and a member of the Board of Directors. He was directly responsible for the design, construction, and ongoing strategic development of all financial, administrative, and information technology systems and processes.
In 1992, he founded Human Dynamics - an Overland Park, KS consulting company that eventually employed 25 staff members. He led the e-learning and performance consulting practice, designing and building just-in-time knowledge delivery and performance support systems. Paul regularly consulted on effective business processes and knowledge delivery systems for executives of key clients, including Hallmark Cards, Sprint, Ferrellgas, and McKesson Health Systems.
